Tuesday May 29, 2012: The Cicero Republican Committee meeting, headed by Jim Corl, Sr., was held at Borio's Restaurant Tuesday night. The Committee nominated David to be their chosen candidate to represent the Republican party this Fall in the race for the position of Town of Cicero Judge.
David spoke before the Committee and highlighted his years of experience as a prosecutor with the Rensselear County and Onondaga County District Attorney's Offices. He discussed how his previous criminal law experience, combined with the experience gained in his current position as a civil litigator with the
Sugarman Law Firm, LLP, has prepared him to effectively preside over the civil and criminal cases pending in the busy Town of Cicero Court. David graciously accepted the honor of the nomination and he and his committee are now preparing for what will likely be a tough race for the position this Fall.
